Makers, Educators, Community Organisers, and Social Innovators form the human infrastructure behind resilient urban development. Makers prototype practical solutions cities can't always source top-down, while Educators build the skills and civic awareness residents need to actively shape their environment. Community Organisers connect neighbourhoods and institutions, surfacing grassroots needs and holding power accountable, and Social Innovators tie it together by designing new models — in housing, mobility, and services — that make cities more adaptive and inclusive from the ground up.
